  • This is the moment when you're all lined up ready to start the parade, your corps is signaled to start, and you step off as the drums (sometimes with fifes) kick in. Usually people start applauding and/or cheering, and the other corps often salute as you pass. A gladiator moment can also come at the end of a parade.
