That cool shiny background is made by dabbing various reinker colors onto glossy Cardstock with a Rubbing alcohol soaked cotton ball at least that's how I do it!

I stamped on Natural White Cardstock with Adirondack Espresso a new favorite ink of mine... such a nice DARK Brown, affixed the Cardstock to a Chipboard tag and sponged the edges with Chocolate Chip Ink by SU!
