Do you have an example of post WW2 urban development from scratch that is a good example of urban form? ie, not using existing pre-automobile building stock like gastown or soho, but built new, like concord lands.

Its not so much the "luxury" of the apartment that matters to me as does a good location in conjunction to work, (and gastown?) and that it is IN A RELATIVELY SAFE NEIGHBORHOOD.

It looks legit. just now, -0/+1sorry dude, big biz has found your little haven of utopia, and they want it cleaned up and sanitized. that's been going on for years already with yaletown and gastown. where will the the street population be pushed to is the question. hope there is help for these people.

I saw Johnette and Andy Prieboy (sp?) play to an almost empty club in gastown, Vancouver Canada in 1991 i think ..... totally awesome experience Concrete blonde was really big then, but they had advertised the gig under her name, and there really weren't many people who knew it I guess, lol

I dont like it as much as gastown/Vancouver, but its nice, (Thirsty Duck;)) and the rent is around 635$.
