I had the chance to shoot at one but ducked so may arrow went over the sholder.

I have sholder fired mine and let me tell you it is not easy if you are trying to be accurate.

I dispached it with a shot behind the ear/My shot had been high, it clipped the spine above the sholder but he wasn't dead and could still move the head.

So i have shot deer in the sholder with and arrow and i have gotten no result. is there any arrow or tip or pundange that will prevent this? its extremely frusterating when you track for hours and get absolutely nothing!

Not only was it easyer to carry, vs over the sholder, but it also protected the beard and tail fan while going through the woods, and I was safer with the hunters orange!
