The spuds were a bit bland (and I have never boiled tatties before, and so I had no idea how long to do them for ... oh, and I recently learned not to put them in the fridge ...), and I am not sure why I decided to dice the chicken, but it wasn't bad at all actually, and it actually looked quite good too (see photo).
