Coarctation of the Aorta 2009

Your baby will be admitted to the Tabas Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU).

Tricuspid Atresia 2010

Children's Hospital provides a family presence at physician-led patient rounds and in the Emergency Department during resuscitation; family sleep space has been incorporated into the new unit design of critical beds in the CICU and PICU; and family members are represented on key Hospital committees including bioethics, clinical research and patient safety.

Designed exclusively to provide state-of-the-art cardiac care, the 25-bed Cardiac Care Unit (CCU) is located on the sixth floor of Children's Hospital, adjacent to the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU).

After surgery, patients initially recover in the Tabas Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU) and then in the Cardiac Care Unit as they improve.
