We called Frigidaire on Friday 6 / 13 to complain about the fact that we were now on day 6 without a fridge and we were told by Marie that Frigidaire would overnight us a new compressor and filter dryer which we would receive on Monday 6 / 16 and that upon receipt we should call and set up a new appt with one of their 2 repair companies.

I tried to call Frigidaire / Electrolux and not only would they not listen to me - they just kept repeating that it would be fixed but the first time I called I insisted on speaking to a manager and was placed on hold for 5 minutes and then lost the connection.

I again called Frigidaire spoke to Jason in the Philippines who said he couldn't help me since I had Brandsmart Extended warranty, I need to go through Brandsmart.
