Personally, I've used the IDX Renditioner Express Plug-in with pretty good results.
Even if one accepts the morality of abortion in utero (or even partially in utero, as in IDX), if the child is actually born, I can't imagine what basis one could have for not concluding that to then kill it is homicide ("murder" may be the wrong term, since I'm not sure that one has malice aforethought in that situation; manslaughter might be closer to it, depending on one's point of view.)
I realize that not everyone who is pro-choice supports IDX, but for those who do, surely this would not have been murder but for about four inches - the diameter of the baby's head.
It banned the so-called "partial birth abortion" IDX procedure when such an abortion affects interstate commerce.
There is already an ETF -- Market Vectors Indonesia ETF (IDX) but it's less than a year old.
And the fact that is more to the point in this particular case is that there is no exception made for medical necessity; women who are in the unfortunate situation in which an IDX abortion is the least dangerous option for them no longer have that option.
The problem is that, in researching the legislation, Congress decided that there was never any case where an IDX abortion is the only safe option, a D&E abortion is always a safe alternative.
Essentially, no one who is getting in IDX abortion is getting one for convenience.
But one side is filled with experts from the field (Like the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, who say IDX is a necessary medical procedure at times) and generalists (doctors who are not obgyns, PhD medical personnel, etc).
