Identified Gaps: • The scholarship program for the SK officials as guaranteed by the Local Government Code of 1991 were not grated to them due to shortage of funds being subsidized by the government to the State Colleges and Universities (SCUs) • The term of office of SKs being rendered are not considered as counted - years in government service • Only SK Chairman is grated Sub-professional Civil Service Illegibility while other SK officials who are also elected and served the same term, however, not given the same privilege.
