Low lights included Candyman, which I haven't seen in fifteen years and I forgot it was so racially dodgy especially as it started out with so much promise and a new UK low budget offering called the Scar Crow, which looked good and did great thing with the budget, but failed to hide the fact that the plot and script were horrible and misogynist in the worst of 1970s horror.
