My only complaint with Scholar is that, when I cut-and-paste text from Scholar into Word, the pasted text appears in giant fonts, and jacks up the formatting I had going in Word (doublespaced typed paragraph suddenly becomes a singlespaced CENTERED paragraph, with gigantic language pasted in the middle, etc).

I do a lot of motions, and Google Scholar is now my first stop for research – I go to Westlaw only afterward, to “doublecheck” or for more nuanced queries.
