My own method for creating hyperempiria and hyperacutity is pretty much a take on suggestion to applify sensory association into an imager which can be used for therapy (for working through issues), skill improvement (I use it as part of my Vicarious Experience Machine method for improving physical skills through deep trance identification with target skillusers in video), or for recreational use . . . such as the more sexy topics you remarked upon.
