THis famous place cannot be beat for traditional Jalisco food and, we also agree with Esperanza that CHOLOLO 4 is a great place for goat or lamb birria on any day but especially on Sunday afternoons when half the families in Metro Guadalajara seem to be there loving the food and enjoying the strolling mariachi bands.
