There is some truth to what Buckhunter stated ... feces composition and clumpiness is related to what deer are eating, and throughout the year, bucks and does may feed on very different items, which can make a buck's poo distinguishable from a doe's poo, but to positively identify a pile of poo as coming from buck or a doe 100% of the time is impossible.
