Member since a few seconds ago its a separate procedure and it goes in the "codebehind". you need to paste it there. and keep a break point there and run in debug mode if you want to test (you should at first) you can press F7 on the page where you have the FormView markup and it should get you to the codebehind. for you its this. vb file:
