Good things to add: cheddar cheese (gets crispity on the top if you broil it); cream of mushroom/pepper/whatever soup instead of sour cream; sauteed mushrooms; presumably (though i've never used them, but they're complementary to Polish sausage, right?)

Even better than the original recipe is letting them sit in the fridge and mingle a bit, add some vegetarian sausage, fry it up again (enough so that some of the noodles get a little brownish and crispity) add some red pepper and, YUM!

The sweet potato fries, however, are excellent — crispity-crunchity and not overbrown as sweet potato fries tend to be — and perhaps themselves worth the trip.
