I would recommend a good starting point of de-authorising your computer then re-authorising it again, once this has been done re-synch your iPhone and see if they work (it may have lost the Apple ID) if this doesn't work try un-installing the offending applications and re-synching them. and if this doesn't work try a full restore of the iPhone you would need to do a backup first so as to retain all that information or if you have an older backup you can revert back to that one though you will lose what data you have added in the meantime.
