Examples

  • for example, when the bad men took dakota fanning in Man on Fire, those men were not actually "kidnapping" her. yes, the actors physically picked her up and threw her into a car, but it was not actually "violent" or "involuntary." the act was pretend. likewise, when denzel washington got shot trying to save dakota, he wasn't actually attacked with violence. that was pretend also.

  • "rumors" you read about, this time of year are either made up stories to get idiots talking and directing ppl to their sites. or so called "leaked" information, BY the organization, with the attempt to misdirect and hide their true intentions. in the words of denzel washington, "this ain't checkers, this is chess"! every piece of info put out has one of three purposes, INFORM, MISINFORM or MISDIRECT. it's a game of chess.

  • I'm with bilby. He's overrated, and most of his films have been one-dimensional.

  • Blast! You leave me no recourse other than to say "damn your taste in movies! It does not line up perfectly with mine!"

Actually I see what you mean. I'm not a huge fan of all his movies, but in some of them, he did a brilliant job.
