  • noun A catalogue of the ancient Greek dramas: such catalogues were prepared by Aristotle, Callimachus, Aristophanes of Byzantium, etc., but are now lost. They contained the names of the dramas and their writers, with dates and other details.
  • noun A bill or poster, hung in an ancient theater, containing a short notice of the play and performers.
