I honestly believe that certain scientists who have an agenda to “prove catastrophic AGW” as a foil to foist extreme ecotheological notions on the world, have taken advantage of the fact that most of the world’s tide gages are located along the passive tectonically subsiding margin of the Atlantic in order to depict “average sea level rising disturbingly” etc.
