Their client was not happy ... nearly 8 months passed and we thought this part was over, then out of nowhere comes another demand for arbitration with the same parties and over the same issue, well we thought "this can't be, you can't be tried for the same thing twice" so we raised the defenses of "res judicata" and "collateral estopple" which in any court would barr anyone from suing the same parties for the same thing twice .... well, this is not "any court" this was arbitration, and the arbitrator ruled that he was going to hear the case regardless we attend or not!.
