  • I think dividing things out into as many different axes as possible, and then recombining is helpful, so the 3 I suggested in comment 53 were gender conformist vs. gender non-comformist pro-gender vs. anti-gender trans-gender vs. cis-gender but I’m sure there are more genderfree probably gets at another of axis, one relating to gender identification maybe gender identified vs. not gender identified and of course, the originating axes for all the others:
