Another incredibly disappointing announcement from Rhodri Glyn Thomas today (yesterday) regarding which companies/agencies will be brought under the New Language Act brought under the present Language Act - apart from rare exceptions such as the Royal Mail and possibly the National Lottery these companies/agencies are not ones Welsh speakers have to deal with on a daily basis such as, say, Tesco, mobile phone companies, highstreet banks etc ...
