Frankly, given all the back-patting, so-called "Greens" around here, this whining about new housing is just short of backpedaling, NIMBYISM, and pure hypocrisy. i.e. get off your butts and argue for BOTH better inter - and intra-urban mass transit, AND more housing along transport corridors.
