I got promoted one year to slicing the makisushi, but got sent back to the minors after it was judged that I sliced the tekkamaki and kappamaki at too steep of an angle, and compressed the rice while slicing the futomaki.

The salmon Sushi served with ginger and wasabi is interpreted as a vinegared cake of rice topped by salmon and is unusual in that it is an oshi-sushi as against the layered seaweed and salmon sushi served elsewhere in town called makisushi.
