i just attended a marketing conference and one of the speakers showed a spot his pr firm worked on for mcdonalds. apparently mcdonalds is trying to sell iced coffee and so one of the things they did was knit polls with their logo.

if you mean personal boycotting for instance, a personal decision not to buy at mcdonalds, which is different from asking my university from not investing in mcdonalds - well such kind of boycotting is not morally different from a non-personal boycotting, at list in the moral judgement and intent.

Devi: Yeah, what scares me is that "home care" is sort of seen as the "mcdonalds" of jobs, in that, if you can't get a "real job" or don't want to go to school, do home care because they will take ANYONE.
