To make it all fair, The Academy should have Best Drama, Best Comedy, Best Animated, Best Foreign AND Best Picture (I don't think other genres, action, horror need specific consideration because they generally don't lend themselves to meritable filmmaking, and when they do they can be placed in one of the aformentioned categories).
