Edited: Oh yeah ... and they are changing mac. com into mobileme. com and improving all of the web apps and fully syncing them between Mac, PCs, and iPhones.

And that's not the only tech black hole I'm in ... all my contacts (ok there are about 4,000 of them) disappeared on my iPone and while I pay a princely sum for mobileme, there is no live help for mobileme and the apple help desk - after an hour on the phone with them have been wholly unsuccessful as well.
