  • Malformed by analogy with 'os penis', in which penis is the genitive of penis. This should be os clitoridis, also genitive. (Os = "bone".)

  • Yes, this version is given as an alternative, clearly secondary, to os clitoridis, which I believe is already entered here (and appears on Wikipedia on the baculum page as well).

    Edit: No, it's not here, but I did see it here... perhaps in a comment somewhere? Hmm...
