Logically, such periphial issues have nothing to do with Steve’s actual arguments, but the hope of the warmers is that they can confuse passers-by by claiming Steve is responsible for every syllable posted here and if he doesn’t either disavow or affirm something they dispute it shows he shouldn’t be listened to at all.

Farmers and local goverments have for years tried to come up with solutions for these issues but have been blocked at every turn by enviometalist groups. 20 years ago they tried to get a periphial canal that would go around the delta allowing for the delta to get the water it needs and the farms to get they need, envirometalist lobbied against it so the problems we have now are created by them not the farmers.
