This is our (my family's) name for one of those pickup trucks that has extra wheels on the back end. They always made us, independently, think of one of our guinea pigs, whose name was Pfeffer. We each mentally dubbed them Pfeffer trucks, and then one day had a grand laugh when we discovered the other had been calling them the same thing.
I'm sure they have a real name, but we like "Pfeffer truck" better.
