Watched a certain amount of 'If', with horror stories about possible catastrophic power failures, and turned off various unnecessary lights as a consequence; watched rather more of 'My Life Was changed by Faking It', where people reminisced about how a reality or the reverse, arguably TV show had contributed to their reassessement of their life as it had been before they went off to Uganda to discover their roots or to Monaco to serve champagne to poshies.
