  • A tribe of dicotyledonous polypetalous plants of the order Guttiferæ, consisting of the genus Quiina, the embryo having large cotyledons and minute radicle, while in the rest of the order, except the Calophylleæ, the radicle is large and the seed-leaves are minute.
