Matt Suhu on Jul 21, 2008 they wont use the penguin because nolan has said publically that he doesnt like the penguin character if you read the story on the website in the address listed a few comments back nolan says that the riddler is the next villian .. howevere whon knows how reliable that website .. for all we know its all BS so who knows. if nolan decides that he doesnt want to do a third batman i dont think that they should do a third .. but then again whoever takes up the mantle will hopefully do it justice.

Secondly that guy who worked for Wayne enterprises becoming riddler is highly unlikely because joker letting someone how knows batman live highly unlikely but they never showed it.

I think the riddler is a good fit for the movie and stay with me on this i think Jim Carrey could come back beef up his role some and make it more darker cuz he is that good of an actor and it would be perfect.deff not clive owen But....a good way to connect everything is maybe get a villian who isnt a tradiontal batman villian.

I think the riddler is a bit too jolly and similar to the joker, so having the riddler as the next villain will more or elss result in a movie with the same plot as the Dark Knight.

i still don't think the riddler would work. the real riddler is too soft for nolan's dark world, and a hard edged riddler would be too similar to the joker. the only way i could see it work is if the joker masterminded the plans even if offscreen and the riddler is a naive, narcissistic pawn.
