If I ever see a black chef on FoodTV, I know who to credit that to! gee what about the show, 'sugar rush', with chef warren brown? what about 'roker on the road'? and, while i don't remember the name, there was a show with two ladies of color, from the islands, for a few years, featuring caribbean cuisine.
