Self-determination and swarai have swept people off their feet and I come to you„ asking to open a new avenue of thought altogether and the new avenue of thought is this: That people could be self-determined, people could govern themselves, people could have a say in the government of their own affairs and yet remain as an important and contributing and cooperating partner of the great Commonwealth of Nations.
