Top Gear's Richard Hammond is the latest celebrity to furnish himself with one of these, following the likes of Harry Hill and David Mitchell, with the launch of Richard Hammond's Tech Head, a three-minute weekly show about technology fronted by a presenter who happily calls himself a "technoramus".
