Service sa TPC, ang ginagawa nila eh babayaran mo sila ng certain amount of cash para sila na mag asikaso ng RMA meaning sila na mag soli ng hard disk mo sa SEAGATE i ship nila dun by batch iipunin muna nila para isang shipping na lang. they get the replacements for free ofcourse dahil may seagate warranty pa to. pinag kakakitaan nila to dahil for example kung ako mismo ang mag pa RMA nito at i ship ko mismo sa factory ng seagate w/c i think/not sure e nasa singapore pa yata eh aabutin yata ako ng 3k para i ship yung dalawa kong nasira na HD though wala ako agagstusin for the replacement HD's yung shipping lang. the way na pinag kakakitaan nila to eh mag stock sila ng maraming brand new na hard disk pang pondo kumbaga, then yun ipapaplit nila sa mga magpapa RMA sa kanila na HD +700 for 500gb hd's up 500 pesos below 500gb pag naipon na nila saka nila i shi ship in bulk para tipid diba kita parin sila in my case i paid them 700 pesos each for these two then binigyan nila ako kaagad ng replacement na brand new sealed straight from SEAGATE mismo yung newer batch na wala ng bug. so what i'm selling right now are two fresh sealed brand new replacement from seagate with 5 more years remaining warranty from seagate and 1 month from the RMA guy
