I noticed that Bangladesh has a higher than average literacy rate just like the state of Kerela: -) Kolkota too I can also add Karachi but this city must be rather diverse anyway but its North Indian languages such as urdu, pushtu, punjabi, sindhi and stuff so its something of a culturo-dialectical diversity.
