June 22nd, 2009 1: 18 pm ET villaraigosa is an idiot. i worked for a social services organization in downtown LA that had many interactions with the mayor's office (which means we arranged photo ops for him to come in and hang out with the people we were helping, but wouldn't allow them to touch him). aside from his slimy attitude, i seriously question this man's intelligence. i knew that he had failed the bar exam a bunch of times, and when i met him (which i've done several times) i was not suprised. there is absolutely no substance to this man. you'd think the mayor of LA would have a much higher national profile. doesn't that say something about his political savvy?
