Well thats the wayn it is worse problems out there I guess its like that for nearly everybody in our crazy world. its due to the intensity of information we receive which is far too much. thats why people go to forsaken places for long days so they can meditate. but i say with enough will power and practice you can reach that momentary calmness anywhere.
