Reply well, again i have to stress dont try this at home, he cant be grounded or it would more than likely kill him, so he has to stay off anything that would ground him. so with his shoes on and him standing on cardboard he isnt grounded but as his hand gets closer to a ground electricity flows causing what you see on the video. the guy isnt too smart though because if his shoes wherent thick enough or if he fell and his whole hand hit the floor it would atleast give him very bad burns if not kill him out right.
