• noun A genus of beetles, of the family Chrysomelidæ, agreeing somewhat with Euphitræa in sternal structure, but with punctate-striate elytra, and different hind thighs. The type is X. chapuisi from India. The genus is supposed to be synonymous with Amphimela (Chapuis, 1875).
