A continuation of my first list, "A Serving of Random Palavery". Like the first, this list contains words that catch my attention, ring happily in my ears, are fun to speak, or are interesting to me by virtue of their being the terms or jargon of my varied academic and other interests, viz. food and cooking, palaeontology and geology, botany and palaeobotany, antiques and history, and music.
