Thanx bilby :) I noticed the Wikipedia icon a fraction of second too late (after I have posted the link). I wanted to delete my comment, but found only the "edit" option... is there an option of deleting one's own comment?
The Russian word ML quots means "to feel/ to sense" rather, and has nothing to do with the word "ch*j" which is a very rude and vulgar name for a penis (in Polish), and if you address a person using this word, be sure to get a beating... ;)
I figure people should know their own minds, and if they leave themselves open (and give their "tells" so easily) then they are asking to be manipulated. source
contract reviewed annually: a contract for a period of more than one year that is renewed annually for the initial period, subject to a favorable review
Oooo! it's good to know that. I'm happy that it doesn't mean "a pair of trousers", 'cause I'm a woman ;) Anyways. My nickname is just my first name preceded by the first letter of the surname. But it nice that the word means something girly.
I didn't know that word, really, but from the context I assume that it must be half-milk-half-cream-mixture (I would still prefer single or double cream, though)
use spinach then, squeeze in half a lemon, and bob's your uncle! (spinach, as far as I remember, is more bland than sorrel... but please, don't hold me responsible for this culinary experiment :D In Poland all the children universally claim that spinach is yuck! And sorrel is not eaten very often (methinks).
Ha! So, if you are going to try the recipe from the link, bilby, don't forget to use 'sorrel' and not 'spinach', as they have erroneously written... but apparently spinach soup can be made in exactly the same way. I would add some cream though :)
As there were no jackpot winners on last nights EuroMillions Lottery draw, next Fridays' draw will be a rollover with an estimated jackpot of £52 Million!
Castor or caster sugar is the name of a very fine sugar in Britain, so named because the grains are small enough to fit though a sugar "caster" or sprinkler
