While "downdrag" is used in some technical arenas (see McLiven7 for example), I'm introducing it for use in SocialMedia context (or other appropriate platform) - to describe posts/info/drama/etc. which are the antithesis of "uplifting". Singular or plural is acceptable.
EXAMPLE: Something fun to do instead of reading all the other daily drama, muck and downdrag(s). -KJRW 4/26/17
