I personally have several squicks, including a hatred for humiliation comedy; also, gratuitous splatter violence squicks me out.
Skeeve is a word I learned from a native of Rome, NY in 1993. It is the base-form for describing your uneasy, visceral dislike, as for a man who wears so much hair gel that it drips. A man like that is skeevy. A situation may skeeve you out.
