Your definition for "XXY-Syndrome" is outdated and not correct. Small testes and reduced sperm production is true but long legs is not necessarily true. Only 50% of XXYs have enlarged breasts. Mental retardation is absolutely not true. XXYs have normal to above normal IQ but they can suffer from learning difficulties which often result in poor grades in school.
