Thinkspot commented on the word hexafoos
Hexefus (probably of Old High German origin) pronounced "hexafoos" is a snow crystal or the six-sided template of a frozen drop of water (hex star). German "Sechs" (six) was transformed into "hex". Represents wholeness and is esoterically related to the flower or "seed of life" (merkaba); the 9th rune "Hagalaz" and "Hag" i.e. the old crone / weird woman / witch (hexe: German; heks: Dutch).
