  • A type of Greek cheese. I bought some a few weeks back, just to try it, and we ended up calling it mithril. Though surely it tastes better...

  • Members of my family in Boise, ID visit local restaurants specifically to sample menu items featuring this cheese. It is so well received that they have begun replicating the dishes at home as well - the cheese is available now in local groceries.
